LEGAL ISSUES FOR ARCHIVES

This one-day workshop will allow participants to explore some of the legal issues involved in managing archival records.
Topics to be explored include
•    copyright for archival records
•    privacy legislation and issues for archival institutions and records
•    archives and the legal discovery process
